Tubeless Tyre Repair Cords Kit

This repair kit lets you fix punctured tubeless tyres without removing the tyre, allowing you to get moving again quickly.

Simply remove the nail, screw or whatever caused the puncture, clean the hole with the reaming tool and insert one of the adhesive repair cords with the special tool. You can insert several of the cords into larger holes if required. The kit also contains a selection of regular patches for use on inner tubes.

This repair kit is designed to repair small holes in tubeless tyres in off-road vehicles and is not recommended for road-going vehicles.

CONTENTS:
T-handled reamer and insertion tool
Adhesive sticks or cords
Rubber cement
Tyre pressure gauge
Spare valve caps

HOW IT WORKS:
Find and remove the item that caused the puncture
Apply rubber solution to the reamer tool, then push the reamer into the puncture and work up and down until the reamer moves easily in the hole
Thread one rubber tyre plug in the hook tool
Push the rubber tyre plug into the hole until 1/2" of the tyre plug remains outside the tyre then turn the hook tool a quarter turn and pull out slowly
Cut off the excess tyre plug as close to the tyre as possible
