Returns Form

Returns are expensive and inconvenient for us all, but we know that mistakes happen or we just change our minds so we try to make returns as easy as possible.

If you wish to return an item for whatever reason, within 30 days of purchase, please complete the returns form below with as much detail as possible. 

Before returning an item, we will issue you with an RMA number, any returns received without an RMA number may not be processed.

Please be aware that we may deduct or charge you any delivery costs we have incurred and a restocking fee of up to 15% of the net price of the item(s) being returned.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is used, been fitted, dirty, in the wrong packaging or damaged or dirty packaging.

If your return relates to a faulty or damaged part, please complete a Warranty Claim Form instead.
