Many people may ask why JGS4x4 are not able to answer all the phone calls that we get. The simple answer is that we get too many phone calls and it is more efficient for us to deal with questions and customer queries by email.

In April 2020 Covid and lockdown rules in the UK meant many businesses had to change and adapt the way they operate. At JGS4x4 we invested a lot of resources into new software and systems that allow us to deal with many more customers more quickly using email.

This also means that staff do not have to travel to work in our offices every day, this has many benefits regarding Covid, family time and environmental impact too.

We understand that not everybody is used to or wants to send an email, but please do try it, we are very good and respond very quickly during normal working hours.
