Description
On later Discovery 1 and all Discovery 2 and Range Rover P38 models, Land Rover fitted a rubber coupling or 'doughnut' to the rear propshaft instead of a traditional universal joint.
This rubber coupling was used to reduce noise and vibration; however, they do perish and wear with time and can cause knocking, banging, and a clunk when taking up drive if very worn.
Land Rover only used one type of rubber coupling, and if your Land Rover has the rubber coupling, then this will be the correct one.
KIT CONTAINS:
1 x Rubber coupling
6 x Fixing bolts, nuts and washers
1 x Centre bush
PLACEMENT: Rear
